Cheri Stevenot

President and Owner / Recruiter

Cheri has a 26-year career with P&G. Her leadership positions span across Engineering, Product Supply, and R&D. Cheri was the Director of Global Package Development for billion-dollar brands in Hair Care, Personal Care, Diapers, Feminine Care and Toilet & Tissue. Her early career was with Bristol-Myers Squibb developing medical equipment. Cheri holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and is a Licensed Professional Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Cheri is also passionate about helping others succeed in business and in the community. She serves as a Trustee for the Engineers and Scientists Foundation of Cincinnati, as the Continuing Education Chair for the Regional Engineers and Scientists of Cincinnati, and as a member of Northern Kentucky University’s Business Mentorship Program. She mentors a local non-profit and helps fund programs for disadvantaged youth. Recently, Cheri was asked to sit on the Diversity Council at Procter and Gamble.

Mitch Zulli

Process / Project Manager, Recruiter

Mitch brings 28 years of experience in various positions. Starting her career in Paper and Printing Sales, she moved inside to take on roles including Production Planning, Capacity Planning, National Accounts Packaging Sourcing, Purchasing, Product Supply, and her most recent role as an Initiative Leader/Project Manager with Sunny Delight Beverages for the past 9 years. Mitch has a B.A. in Communications, is Certified Project Manager and has attended Lean Education Training. Mitch has been a Board member of the non-profit Keep Cincinnati Beautiful since 2014, is an active volunteer at McAuley High School, and has been involved with the Boy Scouts for several years.

Jaime Carrier

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Jaime brings over 20 years of human resources and recruiting experience.  Her knowledge areas include laboratory, hospitality, transportation, and engineering.  Jaime’s primary focus is recruiting, although she is highly skilled in all aspects of HR management and administration.  Her continued success is driven by matching skilled candidates with multi-faceted client needs.  Jaime has a BA in Spanish from the University of Cincinnati and enjoys utilizing her bilingual skills inside and outside of the workplace whenever the opportunity may arise.  She has been an active member of WTRAO (Women of Towing & Recovery Association of OH) for 10 years and contributes annually to the event planning and implementation of the Midwest Regional Tow Show. 

Justin Faris

Recruiter / Talent Coach

Justin has over 16 years of experience recruiting in the engineering, accounting, finance, project management, legal counsel, sales, account management, various IT disciplines and executive leadership.  Before coming to Online Design, Justin worked at Belcan Corporation as a Resource Manager and Recruiting Team Lead for Aerospace, Automotive, Electrical, Controls, and Mechanical Engineers, in addition to being the main point of contact for all corporate support staff and executive leadership roles.  He led a team of recruiters to fill over 500 positions annually, while working with hiring managers to tailor job descriptions, navigate salary negotiations and ensure future resource planning was in place to meet the company’s upcoming commitments.  After Belcan, Justin was self-employed and worked with customers in the custom machine design space and sourced Quality Engineers, Inspectors, Project Management, Engineers, and all corporate support positions.  Justin understands the importance of having the right talent on the job and strives for excellence for both the customer and the candidate.  Justin has a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management with a Business minor from Xavier University and is an Eagle Scout.

Bob Stevenot

General Manager

Bob has over 27 years of experience in the Packaging Industry. His expertise spans across all substrates and packaging equipment with a focus on secondary packaging and equipment automation. He has held several leadership positions including Director of National Accounts for the second largest distributor of packaging and equipment in the U.S.; and General Manager with International Paper’s xpedx distribution division over seeing equipment sales and technical services. Bob holds a B.A. in Business Administration and served as a Marine Officer during the Gulf War. Bob has been a leader and instructor for the Boy Scouts of America for over 35 years. He is also active in his church and Community Township Advisory Committee.
