Cheri has a 26-year career with P&G. Her leadership positions span across Engineering, Product Supply, and R&D. Cheri was the Director of Global Package Development for billion-dollar brands in Hair Care, Personal Care, Diapers, Feminine Care and Toilet & Tissue. Her early career was with Bristol-Myers Squibb developing medical equipment. Cheri holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and is a Licensed Professional Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Cheri is also passionate about helping others succeed in business and in the community. She serves as a Trustee for the Engineers and Scientists Foundation of Cincinnati, as the Continuing Education Chair for the Regional Engineers and Scientists of Cincinnati, and as a member of Northern Kentucky University’s Business Mentorship Program. She mentors a local non-profit and helps fund programs for disadvantaged youth. Recently, Cheri was asked to sit on the Diversity Council at Procter and Gamble.

Mitch brings 28 years of experience in various positions. Starting her career in Paper and Printing Sales, she moved inside to take on roles including Production Planning, Capacity Planning, National Accounts Packaging Sourcing, Purchasing, Product Supply, and her most recent role as an Initiative Leader/Project Manager with Sunny Delight Beverages for the past 9 years. Mitch has a B.A. in Communications, is Certified Project Manager and has attended Lean Education Training. Mitch has been a Board member of the non-profit Keep Cincinnati Beautiful since 2014, is an active volunteer at McAuley High School, and has been involved with the Boy Scouts for several years.

Teresa has been a recruiter, outplacement consultant and career coach for over 20 years. She excels at helping clients and candidates find the right fit in terms of knowledge, skills, and attributes. Teresa was a Director of Recruiting and Talent Development for Coldwell Banker H. Realtors. Throughout her career Teresa has worked with clients throughout North America, but has also worked with candidates on various interviewing skills including career prospecting, interview preparation, resume writing, and compensation negotiation. She is regarded as an expert in business etiquette and is a frequent speaker and trainer on how to create a positive first impression in business and in life. As a former small business owner, Teresa understands that the key to success is having the right people on the team. Teresa is the Networking/Community Relations Chair for the Miami Valley Human Resource Association. She also is an active member of Women in Business Networking
Bob has over 27 years of experience in the Packaging Industry. His expertise spans across all substrates and packaging equipment with a focus on secondary packaging and equipment automation. He has held several leadership positions including Director of National Accounts for the second largest distributor of packaging and equipment in the U.S.; and General Manager with International Paper’s xpedx distribution division over seeing equipment sales and technical services. Bob holds a B.A. in Business Administration and served as a Marine Officer during the Gulf War. Bob has been a leader and instructor for the Boy Scouts of America for over 35 years. He is also active in his church and Community Township Advisory Committee.
