How to Get Started

Assemble a 1-2 page resume of your accomplishments and skills. Try not to skip things in your timeline. If you were out of the workforce for a few months or years for personal reasons, it is ok to note that on your resume. Send us your resume and contact information, and we’d be glad to schedule a time to review it and help advise on job options.

Think about your professional and personal networks. Who do you know from previous positions, volunteer work, your local neighborhood, or school? Go to LinkedIn and review your list of contacts. Ideally, you should have a minimum of 100, if not 500+ contacts, across your career. Reach out to them and let them know that you are looking for a new position.

We provide coaching and help people identify what options are available and what they might want. We will see what matches we have, and if we know of any places you should apply, too.
Resume Review and Support:
We will give you advice on your resume and are also happy to review a draft resume if you are not sure how to proceed. ChatGPT or other AI services can also be helpful to leverage when looking to update your resume and just be sure the final result is reflective of your skills and truthful.
