April 2024 - Full time Lab position with one of On Line Designs clients. We have a need for Laboratory Technicians with a scientific background located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Candidate will perform standard stability tests and other tests as required. Duties include -perform lab tests in a timely manner, keep all certification documents up to date, Must be able to accurately observe and record data, summarize results, and follow Good Manufacturing Practices and safety procedures. Additionally, attend daily meetings, help keep labs clean, move materials in the lab (40 lbs. pails) and coordinate inventory for international shipments. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, planning and organizing, ability to work in a team environment, and customer service orientation. Associates degree preferred in Biology or Chemistry or equal Lab experience.

Full-time hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., p.m. CDT, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate retail services planning / execution support to enable superior retail execution.
- Requires strong organizational and basic project management skills to deliver planning support by bundling and tracking all critical information for the company’s team to support in store executional excellence to meet expected timelines.
- Maintain organized shared location for each project, own project checklists, analyze data, troubleshoot, and escalate issues where indicators reveal potential in-store service failures.
- Accurately assemble all necessary information into one place, validation of information from multiple resources, track relevant inventory shipment, marketing materials, validation of images and provide high level summaries.

This position requires strong expertise in primary, secondary, and tertiary package designs and technical knowledge of manufacturing environments. This includes dispensing systems, bottles, cartons, closures, corrugated, labeling, material compatibility, and distribution testing. Experience with injection molding, blow molding, component/mold design, and plastics is highly desirable.
